Feb 17, 2011 The Garma Festival of Traditional Culture is an annual festival that is held in northeast Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory, Australia. It is a celebration of the cultural inheritance of the Yolngu people and cultural inheritance, the aim is at sharing knowledge and culture. At the start of the Garma Festival, Malcolm Turnbull said he was heartened to see the Yolngu concept of makarrata or coming together Garma Festival Nhulunbuy On the 3rd August 2011, Mark Ferguson will be driving to Nhulunbuy for the Garma Festival which is held from the 5th until the 9th of August 2011.
